Order Minimum

·First Order: $300.00
·Reorders: $150.00

Payment Terms

· All first orders are accepted with credit card payment or prepay with check (NO COD).
· All Major Credit Card Accepted (Visa, M/C, Amex, Discover).
· Credit Card will be charged only upon shipping.
· Credit card information must be provided at time of order submittal or will not be considered a valid order.
· Prepayment may be made with a company check and include freight charges.
· Orders will ship upon bank clearance.
· Net 30 terms are available only with approval of home office @ 866-303-6070 / 727-944-5944.
· Past Due invoices are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month.
· Reorders on delinquent accounts will not be shipped until account is current.
· Accounts 45 days past due will no longer be shipped with agreed terms – must have credit card for reorders.

Shipping

· Orders shipped FOB Grass Roots Warehouse, Holiday, FL via UPS ground delivery unless specified otherwise.
· Shipping charges are based on actual weight plus minimum packing and handling fees.
· All merchandise is carefully packed and undamaged when shipped.
· Please report any shipping damage immediately to our warehouse @ 727-944-5944.
· A freight claim will be immediately instituted and damaged merchandise replaced promptly or appropriate credits applied to account.

Returns and Cancellations

· All cancellations of orders must be made within 7 days of receipt of confirmation order or a 20% restocking fee will incur.
· Same Terms apply to request of return for returns not due to either damage or manufacturer’s error.
· Notice of desire to return goods must be given to our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receipt of product and authorization of same received.

Disclaimer

· Grass Roots guarantees that all of our products will be of consistent quality.
· Due to the fact all of our products are hand crafted, there may be slight variation in size, shape and color.
· Grass Roots endeavors to always bring to you the lowest possible pricing, however, pricing may change without prior notice due to unforeseen fluctuations in world exchange rates.

Substitutions

· Most of our products are sold in standardized pack assortments of colors. Any requests for specific colors different from our existing assortments are considered custom requests.
· We reserve the right to make color substitutions in the event the standard colors are unavailable.
