Terms and Conditions

All first orders are accepted only with credit card payment or prepaid check (NO COD).

Grass Roots accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Must supply credit card information at the time of order submittal. Without this information in our system no orders will be entered or scheduled for shipping.

Check prepayment must be by Company check, with 8% freight charges included. Shipping will not occur prior to check bank clearance.

Orders shipped FOB Grass Roots Creations warehouse, Holiday, FL via UPS ground unless specified otherwise. If other shippers are required, a p/u fee charged by the carrier will be added to the invoice.

Please report any shipping damage immediately to our warehouse @ 727-944-5944.

Returns & Cancellations: all order cancellations must be made within 5-7 days of receipt of order confirmation. If cancel occurs after that time, or merchandise is returned for reasons other than damage or manufacturers error, or later than 7 days of receipt, a 20% restocking fee will incur.

Due to the handcrafted nature of Priss & Peach, and although we strive for consistent quality, there may be a slight variation in size, shape and color.
